The Site provides information about our services, allows you to request quotes, and serves as a means of contact. Submitting a quote request through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement for services until we confirm the scope, pricing, and schedule in writing or through direct communication.
3. Service Agreements and Quotes
All quotes provided through our Site, by phone, by email, or in person are estimates and are subject to change based on the actual conditions of the property and scope of work. A binding service agreement is only formed when:
- Both parties have agreed on the scope of services, pricing, and schedule
- The customer has provided verbal or written confirmation to proceed
- We have confirmed acceptance and scheduled the service
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Prices may vary based on property size, condition, accessibility, and specific service requirements.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs
- Ensure safe access to the service area, including removing or securing pets, vehicles, personal belongings, and obstacles
- Inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fences, or other hazards on or near the service area
- Make timely payment as agreed upon for services rendered
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment
- Communicate any concerns or issues with completed work within 48 hours of service completion
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
- We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of service agreement
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee as outlined in your service agreement
- Recurring service customers may be billed on a monthly or per-service basis as agreed
If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend services, pursue collection, and/or charge applicable late fees and interest as permitted by Minnesota law.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in termination of recurring service agreements
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to notify you promptly and reschedule at the earliest available time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law:
- True North Outdoor Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or services
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities or systems not disclosed to us, or damage caused by weather events or other circumstances beyond our control
- We take reasonable care in performing our services, but outdoor work involves inherent risks and we cannot guarantee results against all natural conditions
If you believe our work has caused damage to your property, please contact us within 48 hours so we can inspect the area and resolve the issue promptly.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, blog posts, and the overall design and layout, is the property of True North Outdoor Services or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
